The AD-VA approach.
Every business moves differently. Some need space to breathe; others need structure to hold things steady.
My job is to work out what works, what doesn't, and build from there.
I don’t start with a framework, I start with you; how things actually feel, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to shift so you, your people and your performance can sustainably work in sync again.
Whether it’s day-to-day executive partnership, high-level strategy, or end-to-end project delivery, I bring the same intent — to simplify what’s overcomplicated, and build ways of working that make sense.
Where behaviour meets business.
Connection
Before anything else, I listen — to what’s said and what isn’t.
That’s where the real information lives.
It’s how I understand the culture and pressure points that shape your working world.
Once we know what’s going on, I help you build systems and ways of working that actually fit the way you operate.
Structure should feel supportive — not suffocating — and give you space to lead, not just react.
Support looks different for everyone.
It might be daily executive partnership, a short-term project, or stabilising things during a transition.
Whatever the need, it’s always practical, tailored, and designed to last.
Structure
Support
I seek to understand what works, what needs work, and implement tangible solutions that enable progress and peace, both personally and professionally. I listen for what’s not being said, connect the dots and create the conditions for people and work to be at their best.
My work is grounded in empathy and experience, and my approach is personable and direct — not out of criticism, but curiosity, whilst my neurodiverse perspective helps me see the patterns in how things connect: how people behave, why they do what they do, and what sits beneath the surface of performance.
I believe that sustainable and impactful solutions start with real conversations, and the best feedback I get isn’t about deliverables — it’s when someone says,
'Things feel easier now. I can breathe again.'
That’s the goal.
To make things work better — and feel better — for everyone involved.
